What to know before you submit.

1 How long does it take?

We do not set a fixed turnaround — every card is checked with care. Instead, we update your order status at each step, so you can follow its progress in My Orders.

2 How do I pay?

Payment is made via PromptPay QR code generated at checkout. Your payment slip is verified automatically, so your order is confirmed without waiting for manual approval.

3 Do I get my card back? In what form?

Yes. Your card is returned in a RAWLITY holder with a printed pre-grade label (overall score, the four sub-grades, card name and a unique cert code) alongside your online report. It's a clean presentation holder, not a sealed/certified slab.
